The organization is a collective of students of Indian classical Music & Dance, aimed at providing them a platform to exchange knowledge about the various disciplines, styles and encourage collaboration. Swaranjali organizes concerts for students several times in a year to nurture talent by creating a performance space.

Indian classical music has an unbroken musical tradition in the world. Indian music, also known as “Sangeet” consists of vocal music, instrumental music and dance. “Raag” and “Taal” define the present day Indian music streams of Hindustani Sangeet and Carnatic Sangeet. There are many musical instruments that are peculiar to India and many others without due recognition. Indian music is believed to be developed from the Vedas, through a complex interaction between people from diverse races and cultures. However, Indian youth are increasingly being driven away from Indian classical music due to the wave of western influence. In contrast, people outside India are becoming more receptive to classical music forms. To revive Indian classical music within the country, Swaranjali provides music appreciation and learning courses. Additionally, it encourages a contemporary approach to performance and delivery rather than the traditional style of presentation to better connect with the changing diaspora of the audience. To uphold India’s unbroken musical traditions.

Swaranjali has organized many concerts of Indian classical Music and Dance in various cities in India. Every year Swaranjali hosts – Gharana Festival, Pravasi Bharatiya Sangeet & Nrittya Mahotsava, Colours of India, Shraddhanjali, Murchhana, DLF Strings & Folk Festival apart from these we have done online series of events called Music without Boundaries, World Sitar Festival etc.In association with Ministry of Culture – Govt of India, Sahitya Kala Parishad, Sangeet Natak AKademi, Pracheen kala Kendra, ICCR, Zonal Cultural Centres, DLF Groups, Internationl Schools, Universities & MNCs.

Swaranjali’s Gharana Festival has been organised since 2008 every year to create an environment of classical music in our busy schedule of human life in metro cities like Delhi NCR.  As few Gharanas are fading out due to its less representative at this time of modern technology, lifestyle along with its all kind musical elementary, essence, beauty and its followers or Generations of different gharanas. It is important for us now to maintain its pure forms of Arts, presentations along with its disciples or representatives. Apart from all this, we are trying to promote Indian classical music, dance for upcoming budding artists of India along with established Musicians Dancers.

We do provide a Training & Stage for the Underprivileged students of our society in Guru Shishya Parampara and also Musical healing therapy through various Wellness, Yoga & Meditation centres with the help of CSR funds.

We also host Pravasi Bharatiya Sangeet Mahotsav for our NRI artists every year. Swaranjali also honoured senior artistes and instrument manufacturers, art critics from time to time to encourage our next generations. We also render good and possible training to the students irrespective of foreign and native with traditional Guru Shishya Parampara as far as practicable since 2003. Our goal is to make an effort to establish awareness of Indian classical Music, Dance for our society. This way our music can build up a peaceful life for everyone in this world.

An Appeal to preserve our traditional classical art forms and their freelance artists of India. Swaranjali willing to support those needy freelance classical musicians , those who are given their entire life to promote and preserve and now in this pandemic situation they are unable to survive their minimum daily life, If our Culture may take care with its routes and preserve then a Country could grow and Survive.
